Privacy
This policy explains how MYWoRLD handles your information, especially the photo you upload.
Who we are
The data controller is MYWoRLD (Carl Miller), United Kingdom. Contact: mindmoves3@gmail.com.
What we collect
- The photo you upload, your product choices and any note you add.
- Your email address (to send your proof and order updates).
- Your name and delivery address, collected securely by Stripe at checkout.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use your photo
Your photo is used only to make your piece: to trace its outline and create your design and proof. We never sell it, never use it to train AI models, and never show it or your design publicly (including on social media) without your explicit permission.
How long we keep it
- Photos for orders that are not paid are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Photos and print files for paid orders are deleted automatically 90 days after payment (sooner if you ask, or once your piece has arrived).
- You can ask us to delete your photo sooner at any time.
- Order records (what you bought, delivery address, payment reference) are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments).
- Cloudflare (hosting and secure storage of uploads).
- Our print partner (Printful or Printify) receives your finished design and delivery address to print and ship your order. They don't receive your original photo.
Lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (making and delivering your order) and to meet legal obligations (tax records).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing mindmoves3@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Photos of other people
If your photo shows someone else, please only upload it if you have their permission (or, for someone who has passed, you're comfortable sharing it for this purpose).
Cookies
