Every MYWoRLD piece is made to order from your photo, for you alone.

Personalised items

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. That means we can't accept returns for a change of mind, wrong size chosen, or a design you approved but no longer want. Please check the size guide and your proof carefully.

Before printing

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Just reply to your proof email or email us with your order ref.

Faulty, damaged or not as approved

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or materially different from the proof you approved, email mindmoves3@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ref and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return cost.
