Terms

These terms apply to orders placed on this site with MYWoRLD (Carl Miller), United Kingdom. Contact: mindmoves3@gmail.com.

1. Your order

When you pay, you place an order for a personalised piece made from your photo. We'll email you a digital proof. The contract is fulfilled once we print and dispatch the approved design.

2. Proofs

Up to two rounds of changes are included. Once you approve the proof, we print exactly that design. Colours on screen can vary slightly from print. If we can't make a suitable design from your photo, we'll ask for another, or refund you in full.

3. Your photo

You confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or show anything unlawful or offensive. You keep all rights to your photo. You give us a limited licence to use it only to make your piece. We may decline any order at our discretion and refund you in full.

4. One of one

We will not sell or reprint your design for anyone else. Edition numbers are assigned by us in order (#001 is reserved). The MYWoRLD name, wordmark and house style remain ours.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include free UK delivery. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.

6. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel for a full refund before approving your proof. After approval, personalised items are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Faulty items are covered as set out on our Returns page and by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
